1. Turn in Documents to Adistec
Before August 30th

2. Arrive in Miami
Suggested Date: Thursday, October 14th
It is highly suggested that all Adistec Sail Away Partner Conference Paticipants and their Personal Guests arrive in Miami, Florida on Thursday October 14th (one day prior to boarding Majesty of the Seas).
3. Boarding Majesty of the Seas
Date and Time: Friday October 15th, 12:30PM
It is required that all Adistec Sail Away Partner Conference Participants and their Personal Guests arrive at the Port of Miami at 12:30PM. Everyone will have to go through Security and check-in. Royal Caribbean does not allow anyone to board the ship after 2:00PM. Adistec Personnel will be ready to assist everyone during the boarding process.

Flight Arrangements
It is highly suggested that you arrange your flight and stay in Miami through Forest Travel, the travel agency that is helping us coordinate our trip on to Bahamas. We recommend that you coordinate your trip with the agency AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (better pricing and availability). Forest Travel can accommodate all of your needs. If you wish to use your miles or vouchers to better costs of flight and stay, Forest Travel can help. A Forest Travel representative will be on board with us and will be available to make any flight and hotel changes, reservations and confirmations right from Majesty of the Seas. (Is you arrange your trip to Miami through an alternate agency, the Forest Travel representative will not have access to help you from the ship).
